CRUELTY
Cruelty has many faces:
Be it parents coercing a child
To study under duress
Or putting bulls under stress 
At festival of Jallikattu
It’s all a disgrace.
Sanction at village courts
Of honour killings
Or promoting
cock-fightings.
Inciting Gladiators
Or foolish matadors;
Preaching of certain religion
Without illumination;
Casteists paddling division
Or mafia peddling drugs of poison;
Sex without love
Or kiss without concern.

Cruelty has many subtle forms
Many sham norms
Which humanity has to override
Or else between life and destruction
It has only one thing to decide.
